Is Blow Drying Bad?

Q.
Is Blow-Drying Bad for Hair?

A.
Yes. Overdrying the hair causes strands to dry out and break. Your best bet is to blowdry your hair 80 percent dry, and let the rest dry naturally. When you can, you should skip the blowdryer altogether.

There is ways to blow dry your hair quickly. If you have super fine hair and need full hair just bend at the waist and blow dry. Use a root lifter when you do.
Then your hair dries quick with little damage. I have really fine hair and I don't like that flat look my hair has if I don't blow dry.
If you blow dry everyday and don't take care of your hair then yet its bad but if you get regular trims, condition your hair , go without drying when can, then some blow drying is not going to be super bad for your hair.

Just what I think..

YES INDEED LORETTE, BLOWDRYING HAS DONE ALOT OF DAMAGE TO MY HAIR IN THE PAST. I HAVE GROWN MY HAIR SEVERAL TIMES, AND BEGAN STRAIGHTENING IT OUT WITH A DRYER DAILY, BECAUSE OF MY CURLS. AND IT WAS ALWAYS TO FIND THAT IT WAS TAKING IT OUT MORE THAN STRAIGHTENING IT. NOT GOOD. SO I WENT TO THE THERMASILK RESCUE, AND BEGAN FLAT IRONING INSTEAD, MORE WORK, BUT IT KEEPS YOUR HAIR, GOOD GOING LORETTE,EDNA
